Orders and Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and offer flexible installment options like AfterPay and Shop Pay. You can select your preferred payment method during checkout. All transactions are encrypted and securely processed to protect your information. For your safety, we do not store or have access to your payment details. If you wish to add items to an existing order, please place a separate order online. To protect your payment information, we cannot process additional charges via email. For your convenience, multiple orders shipping to the same address will be automatically combined into a single shipment.
Can i add additional items to my order?
To add more items to your recent order, please place a separate online order for the additional items. Use the "Order Comments" box at checkout to request combining them with your original order. We'll refund any extra shipping charges once we process everything.
Can I make changes to my order?
We process orders quickly and aim to accommodate any changes you may need. To request a modification, email contact@onuspace.com with "CHANGE ORDER" in the subject line. While we cannot guarantee changes before shipment, we will do our best to assist you promptly.
How do I use discount codes?
Using a discount code is easy! Simply enter your code in the 'Discount code' box during checkout and click 'Apply' to see the updated total. Only one discount code can be used per order, and codes cannot be combined with other offers. If you encounter any issues, feel free to contact us at contact@onuspace.com.

How do I use the product?
Our 2-in-1 foldable desk and stand is designed for easy use. Simply unfold the legs, select and lock it in place with the Velcro-Mag mechanism for added stability. To use as a device stand, only flip one leg open, select your preferred angle (15°, 30°, or 45°), and lock in place with the Velcro-Mag. Various slots are available on the opposing leg to rest your device into. A detailed instruction guide is included on the back of the product packaging.
Shipping and Delivery
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times vary by region:
- United States (USA): 5-10 business days
- Australia: 7-14 business days
- New Zealand: 7-14 business days
- United Kingdom (UK): 5-10 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary due to external factors such as customs processing or carrier delays.
My order says delivered, but I didn't receive it. What do I do?
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:
- Double-check your shipping address and look for a delivery notice.
- Check with neighbors or building management in case it was delivered nearby.
- Contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number for further details.

Returns and Exchanges
What is the return & exchange policy?
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team at contact@onuspace.com with your order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
