Refund policy

To initiate a return or an exchange, please contact us first by email at contact@onuspace.com. If eligible for a return or exchange - we will provide you with the shipping address where the items must be returned and inspected. 

Damages and product issues

Please check your item(s) upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item arrived defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can help make it right. 

Return policy

  • To qualify, item(s) must be returned within 30 days after delivery.
  • Item(s) must be unused, unopened and in the original packaging
  • Customer will be responsible for return shipping postage. We recommend retaining a copy of your drop-off receipt and tracking number for your records.
  • Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed
  • If your return has been accepted, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund.

Exchange policy

  • Fees may apply for exchanges due to incorrect sizes ordered.
  • Please allow 10 business days for your exchange to be processed. 
  • If your exchange has been accepted, a replacement will be shipped out at no additional cost. 

Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing to purchase from Onuspace. We’re committed to providing quality and reliability with every purchase. All of our products come with a 6-month warranty from the original date of purchase.

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If a product is found to be defective and the issue is not due to misuse or physical damage, we will provide a replacement part or full product, depending on the situation.

What’s Not Covered:

  • Any modifications or alterations not performed or authorized by Onuspace.
  • Cosmetic imperfections such as scratches, stains, or general wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or accidents (intentional or unintentional).

To file a warranty claim, please email our support team at contact@onuspace.com. Be sure to include a detailed description of the issue, photos or videos showing the defect, and an image of the full package. Our team will review your claim and respond within 48 hours.
