Order Fulfilment
Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order is shipped out, you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number.

Shipping Times & Rates

- United Kingdom (UK): 7-14 business days
- Australia: 5-10 business days
- New Zealand: 5-10 business days
Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Taxes and Duties
All applicable customs, import duties, fees, taxes, and any other charges are the customer’s responsibility. Onuspace does not have any control over these fees and is not responsible for fee reimbursements.
Package safety and liability
All shipped orders become the responsibility of the shipping courier. In the rare event that your package is lost, please contact the courier to open an investigation and a resolution. Onuspace may offer a complimentary replacement shipment. Refunds are not applicable on lost orders.
Wrong address disclaimer
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly. Please write to us immediately at contact@onuspace.com to see if we're able to make any adjustments to your order. If the order hasn't been shipped out, we would be more than happy to correct the shipping address for you. If your order has already been processed and shipped, it is your responsibility to retrieve the package from the address it is being shipped to.
